About Us
Adventus Mining Corporation is an Ecuador-focused copper-gold exploration and development company. Adventus is majority owner of the 215 km2 Curipamba copper-gold project, which has a completed feasibility study on the shallow and high-grade El Domo deposit. With the 2024 merger with Luminex Resources Corp., Adventus also owns the Condor gold project and a combined exploration project portfolio that spans over 135,000 hectares (1,350 km2) – one of the largest and most prospective holdings in Ecuador.
The company is also active in exploration joint ventures with Anglo American plc for the Pegasus project and an earn-in agreement with Japan’s JOGMEC for the Tres Picachos project. Outside of Ecuador, Adventus owns an exploration project portfolio in Ireland with South32 Limited as the funding participant.
Adventus’ strategic shareholders include Ross Beaty’s Lumina Group, Altius Minerals Corporation, Wheaton Precious Metals Corp., and significant Ecuadorian investors. Adventus is based in Toronto, Canada, and is listed on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol ADZN and trades on the OTCQX under the symbol ADVZF.
