New Adventus: New Chapter Post-Merger with Luminex

Adventus Mining Corporation is a unique public company focused on copper-gold project development and exploration in Ecuador. In January 2024, Adventus completed a merger transaction with Luminex Resources Corp. (LR-tsxv, LUMIF-otcqx), which added the Condor Project with an estimated 2.7 and 5.2 million gold-equivalent ounces in the Indicated and Inferred Mineral Resource categories, respectively.
